After you approve your itinerary, confirm the deposit amount and payment instructions with your travel expert. Italy4Real’s deposit page accepts payments for both Italy4Real and Travel4Real trips.

Deposit and payment terms

• Standard individual-trip deposit: US$450 per person. Select the correct number of travelers on the deposit checkout.
• Trips or groups over US$10,000: a 30% deposit applies. Your travel expert provides a separate payment link for this amount. Follow that link instead of the standard US$450-per-person checkout.
• Deposits are non-refundable. Payment starts the process of confirming your requested services. Availability remains subject to confirmation.
• Payments are collected in US dollars. For a quote in euros, pounds, Swiss francs or another currency, confirm the USD amount and applicable exchange rate with your travel expert before paying. Any applicable charges are disclosed before payment.
• Final payment is normally due 90 days before departure. Follow any different amounts or deadlines stated in your written booking documents.

Deposits are typically collected before your invoice is issued. Confirm the traveler names, party size and booking reference with your expert, and keep your payment receipt.
