Check your electronic documents

Your final travel documents normally arrive one to two weeks before departure. Review your name spelling, hotel dates, transport, included activities and meeting instructions. Save an offline copy of important details.

Passports and entry requirements

Check official government guidance for your nationality, destination and every transit point. Passport validity, visa and electronic authorization rules differ across Europe. Use the official links in our European Travel FAQs and confirm requirements before departure.

Arrival and meeting your driver

Follow the meeting point and contact number in your confirmed documents. Flight delays, airport procedures and station layouts affect timing. If you cannot find your driver, use the service contact listed in your documents.

Trains, luggage and your pace

Check the departure station, train number, time, seat information and baggage arrangements. Allow time to reach the platform. Tell your expert about walking or luggage assistance needs before services are booked.

Help during your trip

For a problem with a booked service, contact the local provider or assistance number in your travel documents. For a general booking question, email info@italy4real.com and include your booking reference. Use local emergency services for an immediate emergency.

Registration and final details

Complete trip registration when your expert asks. Confirm your room configuration, allergies, dietary needs and emergency contact details. Review your travel insurance documents and the terms applying to your booking.

Use our European Travel FAQs for planning and insurance guidance, and our payments and deposits page for the approved payment routes. Before departure, share changes to your flights or arrival details with your travel expert so the team is able to review affected transfers.
