MAKE THE TRIP YOUR OWN
Explore Berlin’s history, Munich’s museums or towns along the Rhine. Choose one region or a focused two-city route rather than crossing the country every day.
Regional breads, beer and Riesling wines. Tell us whether you would like market time, a food experience or a regional tasting within your package.
Share the places you care most about, your preferred balance of guided visits and free time, and any mobility or dietary needs. We will discuss what fits your route.
Experience ideas are additions to a complete vacation package. Specific guides, tickets and activities depend on availability and your confirmed inclusions.
A LITTLE PLANNING GOES A LONG WAY
Choose dates around city culture, regional events or countryside time; confirm holiday opening hours.
Choose a region or connect two cities with rail. Our suggested route is a starting point; we can discuss a slower pace or a longer stay.
Rail connects major cities; smaller countryside stays may need local transfers. We will review connections for your dates rather than rely on a fixed travel-time estimate.
Contact us at least two months before departure, ideally six to eight months ahead. Share your travel dates, party size, interests and approximate budget.
For more regional inspiration, visit the official Germany tourism guide (new tab). Schedules, access and seasonal services should be checked for your actual travel dates.
BEFORE YOU SET OFF
Tell us your dates, priorities and budget. We will review the route and services available for your plans, then prepare a proposal where we can help. Complete vacations are seven nights or longer.
Packages bring together accommodations, sightseeing and ground transportation. Your proposal lists the specific hotels, room categories, transfers, visits, meals and any exclusions. Flights and optional activities are included only when expressly listed.
The travel style depends on the itinerary. Custom trips can combine private services, shared activities and independent time; listed tours may follow a set route. Review the tour details and confirm the services and group size with your Travel Expert.
Cards marked “custom-trip idea” are planning suggestions, with no fixed departure or advertised price. Existing tour cards link to published itineraries. Availability, total nights, current pricing and inclusions must be confirmed before booking.
Dates, party size, total nights, accommodation and transport choices affect the cost. Share an approximate budget so we can discuss suitable options. Your written proposal will set out the price and terms.
Ask us to review the full route, travel time and available services. A focused trip with fewer hotel changes often allows more time for the places you want to experience.
